What we’re looking for

Experience Assessment is for people professionals working in HR, Learning & Development, Organisation Development & Design, Inclusion and Diversity, and other people specialisms. If you work in one of these areas and can show you meet the membership standards, this route to membership is for you.

If you’re a people manager, there are other ways we can support you, such as our free line manager support resources. People managers are responsible for leading or managing employees. They enable and implement HR policies, practices and frameworks.

The experience you draw on for Experience Assessment needs to come from the last five years. This is to ensure it’s an accurate reflection of your current practice.
